Elegantly blending fresh regional cuisine with old world "know how", a trip to Villa del Lupo is the culinary equivalent to a day at the spa. Sample our famous braised lamb shank osso buco which has become one of Vancouver's best dishes; simmered slowly in wine, garlic and herbs to perfection and perched atop a basil-scented risotto. The menu selections are elaborate and varied, guaranteed to appeal to even the most discerning of palate. And should you have a traditional favourite or special dietary request our chef and skilled team will be more than happy to accommodate it.
